Vianova Flat Traffic Option

Unlimited calls towards all national fixed and mobile numbers.

  • monthly fee: Euro 7.00 for each voice channel available with the chosen offer profile

Additional public IPV4 addresses

The service involves the issuance of further IPv4 addresses in addition to those already set out in the selected Vianova profile.

  • monthly amount: Euro 4.00 for each additional IP address

Radio Option

In areas with coverage, the access line can be replaced with Radio access offering up to 100 Mbps downstream and 20 Mbps upstream.

  • activation fee: Euro 120.00 if activated upon profile sign-up, or Euro 400.00 if activated later
  • additional monthly amount: Euro 35.00

Upgrade FTTH

Vianova Customers with access technologies xDSL or FTTC, with FTTH technology coverage, can request the activation of a new FTTH line with up to 1 Gbps in download and 100 Mbps in upload.

The upgrade includes activation of a new FTTH line, the deactivation of the existing line and reconfiguration and substitution of the router

  • Activation fee: Euro 150.00 una tantum

Upgrade FTTC

Vianova Customers with access technologies can request and upgrade up to 200 Mbps in download, where available.

  • Activation fee: included or Euro 150 una tantum in case of substitution of the router

  • the services covered by the Offer are only provided following the successful technical verification of the lines
  • the access speed depends on the quality of the lines, the available technology, and the distance of the premises from the local telephone exchange or street cabinet
  • the profile is activated with the best access technology available in the area, in the following order:
    1. FTTx with speeds of up to 1000 Mbps downstream and 100 Mbps upstream
    2. ADSL Ethernet with speeds of up to 20 Mbps downstream and 1 Mbps upstream
  • the Internet browsing speed depends on the network congestion level and the server to which you connect
  • the minimum speed to provide the service is 1.2 Mbps downstream and 256 Kbps upstream
  • the Line Recovery services with Mobile access are activated only with Vianova Mobile SIM cards
  • the Line Recovery services with Mobile access are activated only with 4G coverage with good signal quality (-100 dBm)

  • the Offer includes the installation, the loan for use and the maintenance of routers and gateways to connect the telephone exchange (PABX) and the local network (LAN) provided by the Customer
  • the activation and installation fees can be paid in installments for up to 36 months, interest free
  • the Offer includes the possibility to manage faxes, analog modems, and POS
  • the activation fee for the Radio option includes the supply of a pole of up to 3 meters or a wall support, plates or brackets to fix in place the pole and plugs, 40 meters of cable, and 4 hours of labor (further supplies will be quoted on a per-project basis)
  • for Vianova Profile 1.1 e 1.5 Customers with activated FTTH access, the upgrade to 1 Gbps is included. An activation fee will be applied only when the router must be changed
  • Vianova Customers can use Flat Traffic option since the first day of the month following the date of subscription
  • Flat Traffic option, for multisite Customers, can be activated at corporate level and not fo each company site
  • the voice traffic included in Flat Traffic option include calls towards Italian national mobile and fixed line numbers. For international calls please check www.vianova.it/estero-roaming-chiamate-internazionali
