Mail is the suite of applications that increases your company’s productivity through the professional use of email, calendars, contacts and tasks on all your devices, without having to configure a mail client.
All information is stored in Vianova’s Italian Cloud and available at any time from your favourite work tools: PC, notebook, smartphone and tablet.

Webmail
Thanks to the responsive interface that automatically adapts to your devices, you can access your email messages and appointments, which are always synchronised, even when you work remotely or connect from mobile devices.
You can use the service from the main web browsers without installing software, buying licenses or taking up disk space.
It is also possible to set the automatic deletion of messages after a configurable time interval, in complete autonomy.
Calendars and Tasks
With multiple and shared calendars, you can plan your appointments and check your team’s commitments, also from your smartphone.
With the Tasks tool, you can better plan your work and that of your employees by assigning tasks with different priority levels.


Synchronisation
You can read, write and delete your emails from any device while maintaining perfect synchronisation between your work tools.
In addition, if you lose your smartphone, tablet or notebook, your data is always up-to-date and available via other devices.
You can access email from the most popular clients for PC and Mac (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail) using the POP3 and IMAP protocols, or from smartphones and tablets via the ActiveSync protocol, which also allows the synchronisation of mail, contacts and appointments.
Backup
The Mail Time Machine function automatically backs up emails from the last 15 days.
The backup is performed every 24 hours via snapshot directly on the Vianova Cloud, without taking up disk space.
Mail Time Machine supports the recovery of individual messages and, on request, the restoration of an entire mailbox.


Security
Based on machine learning systems and reputational analysis, the professional Antispam and Antivirus functionality boosts the protection of your mailboxes from ransomware, trojans and phishing.
Your accounts are monitored to check for unauthorised access and intercept the sending of suspicious content, thus protecting the reputation of your domains.
For each mailbox, it is possible to activate two-factor authentication, via One-Time Password (OTP). You can also choose which protocols to enable and from which IP addresses to authorise access.Per ogni casella di posta è possibile attivare l’autenticazione a due fattori, tramite One-Time-Password (OTP). Control panel

With Tracemail, you can analyse email traffic logs in real time and respond more quickly to your users’ support requests.
