Roaming and International

• it is possible to activate the Nord America, Top 25, Mondo, and Business Travel packages only in combination with a Vianova Agile profile.
• the Nord America, Top 25, and Mondo packages have a minimum duration of 12 months. During this period, it is not possible to change the offer profile of the SIM.
• the internet, voice, and SMS traffic included in the Nord America, Top 25, and Mondo packages but not used within the month cannot be carried over to the following month.
• the Nord America, Top 25, Mondo, and Business Travel packages do not include calls to premium, satellite, and non-geographic numbers.
• the Mondo package is not available in the following countries: Angola, Belize, Bhutan, Burundi, Comoros, Cuba, Djibouti, East Timor, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Falkland Islands, French Polynesia, Greenland, Grenada, Guam, Kiribati, Lesotho, Libya, Maldives, Mauritania, New Caledonia, Palestine, São Tomé and Príncipe, Turkmenistan, Vanuatu, Zimbabwe.
• 5G technology is available on compatible devices and in areas covered by the service.
• abroad, the availability of 5G depends on the operator the user connects to while roaming.
• the use of the mobile number on Vianova Phone and Vianova One is only allowed in Italy.

Nord America, Top 25 e Mondo

• the Nord America, Top 25, and Mondo packages have a minimum duration of 12 months from each new activation.
• at the end of the 12-month period, the Nord America, Top 25, and Mondo packages can be deactivated, effective from the first day of the following month.
• the fee for the Nord America, Top 25, and Mondo packages is monthly.
• upon activation of Nord America, Top 25, and Mondo, the monthly fee will be charged regardless of the activation date, and the included package traffic will be available until the end of the month.
• in case of early termination, including MNP (Mobile Number Portability) to another operator, the remaining monthly fees for the subscribed package will be charged until the 12-month period ends.
• if a SIM with an active Nord America, Top 25, or Mondo package is suspended, the 12-month minimum duration will also be suspended until the SIM is reactivated. The package billing and calculation will resume once the SIM is reactivated.
• if a SIM with an active Nord America, Top 25, or Mondo package remains suspended for over 12 months, the remaining fees for the subscribed package will be charged.
• when using services in countries covered by multiple active packages on the same SIM, minutes, GB, and SMS will be deducted in the following order: Nord America, Top 25, Mondo, Business Travel.
• once the monthly thresholds for Nord America, Top 25, and Mondo packages are exceeded, standard pay-per-use service rates will apply.

Business Travel

• the minutes included in the Business Travel packages cover:
  • outgoing calls from the countries included in the selected package to any country worldwide, excluding the following: Diego Garcia, Norfolk Island, Niue, São Tomé and Príncipe, and East Timor.
  • incoming calls from any country worldwide in the selected package’s covered countries, excluding the following: Diego Garcia, Norfolk Island, Niue, São Tomé and Príncipe, and East Timor.
• SMS included in Business Travel cover messages sent to and from any country worldwide, within the selected package’s covered countries.
• the cost of the Business Travel packages is charged to the company credit upon the first use of one of the included services (internet data, minutes, and SMS).
• the Business Travel packages automatically renew once one of the included services is exhausted, up to a maximum of 5 packages per day, and expire at 00:00 Italian time. Once the renewal limit is reached, standard rates from the customer’s profile will apply, according to the Client Area settings.

General Notes

• in EU countries, customers have access to 30GB of internet data, unlimited calls to Italy, 300 minutes from Italy and the EU to the EU, and 300 SMS to Italy and the EU, as per the Agile profile, following the European Union (EU) Roaming Like at Home regulations.
• EU countries include: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Ireland, Iceland, Réunion, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova,  Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Monaco, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Hungary.
• pay-per-use calls are charged based on the actual seconds of conversation, with no call setup fee.
