Initiative dedicated to active Vianova Customers.

Duration

The initiative has no expiration date, unless extended.

How it works

The initiative allows an already active Customer (Referrer) to refer a potential Customer (Referred) to Vianova.

If the Referred signs a Fixed network contract (Vianova Profiles, Project, Connect) with Vianova, both the Referrer and the Referred are entitled to receive a reward. The Referred’s reward will be paid to the company, while the Referrer’s reward will be paid to the individual.

The Referrer:

is an employee or collaborator of an active Vianova Customer
cannot be a Vianova Specialist or an employee of Vianova spa
will be required to hold Vianova harmless from the transmission of the Referred’s data to our company

The Referred:

cannot be a currently active Vianova Customer but can be a former Customer or a Prospect.

Reward for the Referred

The Referred who signs a Fixed network contract (Vianova Profiles, Project, Connect) with Vianova within 12 months from the referral will have activation costs waived for the VPN, Boost, and Mobile Data Backup services, if activated simultaneously with the contract subscription.

Cross-selling is excluded; therefore, any subscription by the Referred following the first will incur activation costs as per the offer.

Reward for the Referrer

The Referrer’s employee or collaborator, as an ambassador of the Vianova brand, will receive a Kit as a thank you, containing: backpack, notebook, pen, pencil, wireless charger, and the book “How to Grow a Small Business” (Franco Angeli).
