Meeting is a professional collaboration platform that allows you to host stable video meetings from any device, at any time.

Safe and easy to use, Meeting combines high-quality audio and video with native screen sharing and chat features, both from desktop and via the mobile app. Attendees don’t need to install additional software or plug-ins on their computer or create an account, so you can have a video conference with your customers with just one click, even when you’re out of the office.

Thanks to the security of our Cloud, which is hosted entirely in Italy, your video meetings are encrypted in transit and your privacy is protected.

How it works

1. in your browser, go to meeting.vianova.it
2. log in with your Vianova account and launch the meeting
3. share the link or your Personal Meeting ID with attendees
4. to take part in a video meeting, click on the link you received or enter the Meeting ID

To use this application from your Mobile, please download Vianova Meeting from App Store and Google Play

Additional users

It is possible to increase the number of users beyond those included in the selected Vianova profile.

Restrictions

+

• the service is optimized for use with WebRTC-compatible browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Safari e Firefox)
• the service is not supported by the Internet Explorer browser
• users who do not have a Vianova account can only attend video conferences
• each individual Meeting can host a maximum of 35 attendees
• it is possible to download the TXT file with the chat transcript only if the meeting is recorded

Notes

• recording of videoconferences is available on PC
• the Moderator can record meetings and download them to their PC, along with any chats exchanged during the recording
• when a Meeting is recorded, the download will start automatically at the end of the videoconference. The WEBM file containing the video and the TXT file containing the chat transcript will be downloaded directly to the Moderator’s PC (in the Downloads folder), allowing the Customer to manage the content independently. If the files are deleted, even accidentally, Vianova is not able to retrieve them
• recording has no time limits, but sufficient disk space is required to download the files to the device
• when a Meeting is being recorded, participants will be notified through audio and video alerts
