For over 25 years, we have been selecting the best that the sea has to offer every day, and we guarantee the freezing of fish onboard fishing boats or within 4 hours of landing so that it can reach consumers’ tables intact. We distribute fish through our 100 points of sale throughout Italy.

Before Vianova we had several providers: one for connectivity, one for PBX, one for VPN, one for conferencing services. Now we have a single Operator to whom we can turn with peace of mind knowing that every problem will find a solution in a short time.

The issue

Management difficulties and decommissioning costs

For telecommunications management, we had several providers, one for connectivity, one for PBXs, one for VPNs, one for the conference and virtual fax services, in short, a lot of confusion and management difficulties.

Every time we opened a new store we had to coordinate activities with the various points of contact and, as if that were not enough, when we closed one we had to bear all the costs of decommissioning.

Vianova's solution

Vianova solved the problem by creating a dedicated high-performance fiber optic connection for our voice and data services. The service also includes a backup line and router that are automatically activated in the event of a primary connectivity disruption.

Thus the continuity of our work is guaranteed.

Vianova has supervised the activation of our infrastructure with great professionalism and has assisted us, with competence and respect for deadlines, with the project of transferring the fiber connections to our new Data Center.
